The use of Social Media has had a huge impact in workplaces over recent years. A CIPD report in April 2015 stated that problems related to abuse of the internet are the single most common reason employers attempt to dismiss.
Our HR helpdesk advises school leaders on social media issues on a weekly basis, which often result in the need to use disciplinary processes.
